Just about to start this fantastic journey into the world of flying after only having had a microlight experience, booked first lesson's, just a question please can someone tell me when looking at ads for flexwing for sale how can I tell if an aircraft is single or two seated besides saying ssdr ? Thanks.

Look at the picture and see 1-2 seats. Or check upon the model information with the BMAA or manufacturers details.
